Returns, Exchanges & Order Changes All Gaius pieces are either made to order or produced in small batches.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, so please choose carefully.
Order Cancellation
– Orders may be cancelled once within 12 hours of purchase.
– After this period, production may begin and cancellations or changes are no longer possible.
– No reason is required for cancellations.
Exchange Policy
– Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your item, only for unworn items in original condition and packaging.
– All shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
– Additional fees may apply depending on the item and the requested adjustment.
Eligible for exchange:
– Rings (size adjustment)
– Bracelets (size adjustment)
– Necklaces (chain length adjustment)
Not eligible for exchange:
– Custom-made items
– Earrings and pierced jewellery (for hygiene reasons)
